The role
Event Logistics Coordinator
This role is based in New York City, NY, and here is exactly what you can expect from it.
- Build floor plans, load plans and dock windows, then run them on site
- Lead a crew through load-in, staging and a clean load-out
- Bonus tied to on-time performance you can see after every event
- A written path toward operations supervisor in 12–18 months

- 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Calm and decisive when a plan changes on site
- Available weekdays with occasional early mornings and event weekends
- Event, hospitality, production or logistics experience welcome
